MEDIA SKILLS COACHING AND TRAINING
For decades, people in business, politics, science, the arts and religion have known that the Press (now the Media) is a marvelous way to get one's message out to a variety of general and specialty audiences, and a terrific way to promote oneself. The down-side has been (and always will be) making sure that you and your message don’t come off looking bad. This has evolved further with the rise of Social Media.
More and more people from all walks of life are asked to be interviewed in the various print and electronic media. The skills for being a good interviewee are not necessarily the same as good presentation skills, and even the best stand-up presenter can bomb on TV and radio or podcasts, and especially on video-based webcasts.
Media Coaching is the way to achieving the goal of coming off as personable and informative, and a way to become known as a top expert in one's field.
